Our live cooking show offers a fun and interactive way to learn healthier cooking methods. A trained Saladmaster Cooking Coach will present a delicious, nutrition-packed meal, sharing valuable tips on how to cook healthy and retain nutrients. You can participate virtually or in person, and even do a couple of taste tests right at home.
